We're Committed to Easy Access for Everyone

is committed to making our website as accessible as possible to all users, including individuals with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments. We have invested significant resources working toward improving website accessibility to help ensure equal access and positive experience for every guest.
To support this commitment, we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as our reference standard. WCAG 2.1 provides guidance for making web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Some pages may include third-party tools or embedded content (such as booking technology or maps). While we strive to maintain accessibility across our website experience, certain third-party content may not fully conform to accessibility standards. If you encounter an issue related to third-party content, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

ADA Accessible Units (If Applicable)

Where required by law, lodging properties with six (6) or more units should provide accessible accommodations reserved for customers with disabilities. If applicable, the property should clearly identify these units and describe accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably allow individuals with disabilities to assess whether a given unit meets their needs.

When selecting an ADA-designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or disability-related needs, please select another available unit unless it is the last unit available. If a reservation is made for an ADA-designated unit by a guest who does not meet ADA requirements and it is not the last unit available, Black Pearl Cove reserves the right to move the reservation to another unit to accommodate guests with qualifying disabilities.

*According to federal law, certain places of lodging with five (5) or fewer units where the owner lives on the property may be exempt from providing an ADA unit. Religious organizations are exempt from certain Title III requirements. Historical properties may also be exempt from certain aspects of Title III, subject to local and federal requirements.
